position of Information Security Awareness & Training Administrator
for a company in County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
? To assist and support the Global Information Security Awareness &
Training (ISAT) program for the Americas and EMEA regions
? To develop innovative awareness and training materials making sure
they?re professional, engaging and eye-catching
? To distribute communications and materials to technical and
non-technical personnel to inform them of their Information Security &
Risk Management responsibilities and promote Cyber Risk awareness
globally
?To administer the ISAT program including creating & maintaining
documentation, defining processes and formalizing procedures
? To fulfill audit requests as required by providing documentation,
collating responses and creating processes of efficiency
The Role:
Assist and support the Security Awareness Lead with the following:
? Maintenance and administration of the ISAT program for the domain
of Information Security, Governance and Risk Management
? Tracking/reporting on the effectiveness and maturity of the
Knowledge and Awareness program and training materials by utilizing
the LMS, metrics, dashboards and reporting tools
? Implementing, testing and delivering e-learnings for assignment on
the Learning Management System
? Creating innovative awareness and training content,
communications, website content & planning targeted awareness
activities/events
? Planning, preparation and delivery of simulated phishing campaigns
and the monitoring of follow up training
? Fulfilling audit requests by providing documentation and training
completion reports for internal and external audit requirements and
creating processes for automating same
? Undertake other reasonable duties as requested from time to time
by the Security Awareness Lead and the Information Security Governance
& Risk Manager

? An understanding of Information Security and Risk Management
practices and principles including regulatory requirements, codes and
industry guidance, audit process and audit controls is an advantage
? Experience in administering and coordinating training to technical
and non-technical professionals is an advantage
